The basic story is: An evil spirit has fallen upon the Land of the Circles, corrupting the Council of Squares. This upset the Gods of Triangle. They were planning to wipe out the circle civilization. They knew there was still some innocence in the civilization, but they knew it had to be done. Until, one member of the Council of Squares caught their eye.
Basically it is a side-scrolling shoot-em up kind of game and comes in four difficultes; Easy, Normal, Hard, and Suicide. People who just started playing are advised to start out on the easy difficulty. There are only three levels and one boss levels. However, after the credits at the end of the game finish playing, you are back at the level select screen and you can try playing at a harder difficulty with the same progress you made with the previous difficulty you played (i.e If you acquired a weapon, after you defeat the boss and choose a different difficulty, you would still have that weapon and any ammo you’ve picked up). So depending on how you look at it, there are 20 levels (4 levels x 5 difficulties) |
